Keane is a double major in Animal Studies and Environmental Studies (Class of 2027). With over 12 years of experience caring for his pet ball python, Keane has a strong foundation in reptile husbandry and long-term welfare.

In the HERP Lab, Keane has contributed to mealworm colony care guides and assisted with vivarium building. His special interests lie in analyzing snake locomotion and behavior, along with general reptile care. Keane is eager to see the wikis, videos, and webinars produced through ReptiFiles and is most excited about making welfare and behavior research accessible to the public.
